At any WTC event filming is likely to take place. All volunteers (or professional photographer) taking images on behalf of a WTC event will be asked to follow the WTC code of conduct for photographers, and wear a visible marker at all times. Any individual who does not want images taken of them should make themselves known at registration of the event or at the beginning of any training session. All volunteers carrying out a filming or photographic role will delete any image of a specific individual at that individual’s (or parent or guardian) as soon as possible, ideally immediately following the event. Any individual has the right to request images of themselves are removed from publication across all channels. This will be carried out without question and at the earliest possible time.
