Head Coach

Sam Lloyd

Sam is a British Triathlon Federation Level 2 Coach, a Leaderin Run Fitness and also a UK AthleticsRun Coach.

She has completed a variety of distance events and recently set the pace for completion of several 50 mile ultra distance running races.

Juniors HeadCoach

Kevin Draper

Kevin is a British Triathlon Federation Level 2 qualified coach and also has qualified as a Level 2 Swimming Coach and Level 1 Athletics Coach. He also has passed the 3 day residential Swim Smooth course.

Kevin is an avid sportsman and has competed all distance triathlons from Sprint to Iron Man. More recently he completed the Centurion having completed five 50 mile ultra distance running races in one season.

Colin Reynolds

Colin is a British Triathlon Federation Level 3 Coach. He also possesses CPD's for strength & conditioning, static bike training, Swim Smooth 3 day residential course, Royal Lifesaving Certificate for Teachers & Coaches, England Athletics Level 2 CiRF, UKAD Accredited Advisor & Coach Clean. He is also a member Triathlon England South East Committee. Outside of the world of triathlon Colin has also obtained British Canoeing Level 3 coaching and Safeguarding and Protecting Children course.

Colin has represented GB as an Age Group Qualifier and raced in various World Championship Events, most recently on the Gold Coast, Australia.

Jane Pendered

Jane is a British Triathlon Federation Level 2 Coach and has completed her BTF Mentoring course.

She has represented GB at Age Group Level in the World Championships at Mexico 2016 coming 9th and again in Rotterdam 2017 where she finished 19th. She also represented GB in the duathlon in Spain 2016.

Gary Jones

Gary is a British Triathlon Federation Level 3 High Performance Coach and Mentor. He has completed several Iron Man events as well as numerous Olympic and Sprint Distance Triathlons. Highly experienced, motivated and passionate about sport and how it can provide advantages to one's mental and physical wellbeing.

Gary has also represented GB as an Age Group Qualifier.

Annabel Preston

Annabel is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Level 1 British Triathlon Coach

Nicola Smith

Nicola is a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a Level 4 speciality in obesity and diabetes. She also holds CPD's in circuit training, group fitness training, indoor cycling and strength and conditioning for endurance athletes.

She is presently working toward her British Triathlon Level 2 qualification


Sam Hayes

Sam holds qualifications in fitness instruction and is working toward her British Triathlon Level 1 qualification

In addition to the coaching staff we have several 'Cycle Activators' that assist when a club ride is taking place.
